Nour Libya marine Services Co. is established as a Libyan investment company according to the Libyan commercial law and its regulations and the law No. (5) for 1977 related with the foreign investment and its executive bill , the decision No. 480 for 2005 issued by the secretary of the general peoples committee for economy and trading concerning the permission to execute the investment project .

 The main activities of the company are bunkering operation and marine services in ports , at anchorage and  in offshore predestinated  rendezvous and in accordance with regulations technical standards locally and internationally, in accordance with the legislation in force.At the time when our operations are managed by vessels , crew and a specialized qualified Libyan management adhered to all requested classification flag requirement and according to international standards , the company pursues to create new job opportunities for national services companies also for individuals by training and qualifying them with the continuous  search for investment opportunities in the area of environmental protection and maritime logistics services and the diversity of technical support services to the Libyan coast.
